Going on vacation? No access to the Internet? No problem! Use Gmail’s vacation responder to let people know you won’t be able to get back to them right away.

Many people suffer this problem during Vacations.During vacations they can’t connect with Internet.Mails are very important to Everyone.

Google provide a new feature to overcome these problem.The feature is called Google Vacation Responder .We can set a Default message ,if we enable Google Vacation Responder ,this will automatically replay to your friends when they send Mail. You can send your on message which indicate that you are in vacation .If He/She again contact with you,after 4 days this responder send response again that you are in vacations.

How to activate Google Vacation Responder

1.Login to G-mail

2.Goto Message Settings (Click on Gear icon on the top of the Page—>Mail settings)

3.On General Page,Search for Google Vacation Responder

4.Click on Vacation Responder on

5.Select First Day and End Day (Your Vacation start and End)

6.Type your Message Headings and Message Body

7.Option (You can send message only to your contacts)

8.Save Changes

9.Finish

While the vacation responder is enabled, you’ll see a banner across the top of any Gmail page, displaying the subject of your vacation response. To stop Gmail from automatically sending the response, click end now within the banner. Or, if you’d like to edit the response, click vacation settings.
